CONCEPTChocolate packages lack storytelling and a thoughtful unboxing experience, missing the opportunity to make the moment feel sentimental and the box feel like a keepsake. Love Birds reimagines a box of chocolates through the film The Notebook, using romantic visuals and storytelling elements to evoke nostalgia.APPROACHThe packaging mimics a love letter, using delicate calligraphy, vintage postage details, and an excerpt from the film to create a sense of romance and memory. The logo is created by combining a swan, a major motif of the film, and a postal stamp. The colors are inspired by special moments Allie & Noah share.
